Day 7

Reflection

And on the 7th day, Elohim rested from their labors

The purpose for “Day 7” is to reflect on what you have learned.

Evening:

Read through all of your notes from each of the exercises in this course, and reflect on the overall experience.

Morning:

Make a journal entry or record a commentary somewhere with all of your thoughts about what your blessing means to you at this point in your life.  Perhaps list out the new understanding you gained as you studied this “week”.  And, the questions you still have that you hope to understand at some point in the future.

At the End of Day 7:

You should have a sense of satisfaction in the work you did over the course of this “week” and see meaningful results for the efforts you put in.
